Deniss was friendly, answered my Qs, is clearly an avid rider himself, put the chain back onto my bike, and touched up the gears so it was all safe and ready to ride.

Thank god I found Dennis. Recommended by a friend as i required a handle bar upgrade and some adjustments on my sram red groupset. (Multiple shops had told me that they couldn't help me out or it just seemed sram was too much of a challenge for them. Another shop totally messed my bike up so left me with a broken bike)
I took my bike to Dennis and he reassured me that he will fix all the issues and source a new cockpit. Straight away Dennis sent me some ideas and worked with me to find what best suited my budget.

Dennis has done a fantastic job of two of my bikes. Firstly rescuing my beloved new gravel bike after I damaged the SRAM AXS derailleur hanger - for a very reasonable price.

Secondly bringing my trusty (and very well used) station bike back for a second life with a new chain, cassette, chainring and general overhaul. It’s now an absolute joy to commute on - I don’t think the gears have ever before changed so smoothly. Thank you!

Deniss of Custom Bike Service upgraded the Shimano Ultegra Di2 Shift System on my DeRosa SK Pininfarina road bike, he fitted a New Battery, Integrated Junction Box, and a New Bottom Bracket because the original was seized in.

I asked Dennis to fix brakes in my electric bike and when I came to collect i was surprised. Not only brakes are like new but the whole bike! He cleaned and greased it, tighten all the bolts, straightened rotors, pump tyres and secured my basket. Very professional, must love what he does. Very quick collection and nice customer service. I will recommend him to my friends as the best one in Watford.

A pleasure to deal with someone who knows what they’re doing and looks after the bike like it’s his own.
Only needed a headset regrease, but the bike came back cleaned and lubricated too!
